Subscription Terms & Conditions
1. Subscription Overview
By subscribing to our monthly phone case subscription, you agree to receive one random phone case every month in exchange for a recurring fee.
2. Billing and Payments
- Subscription Fee: The subscription fee will be billed monthly.
- Payment Method: Payments will be automatically charged to the payment method provided at the time of subscription.
- Billing Date: The billing date will be the same date each month based on the original subscription date.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Frequency: Phone cases will be shipped once per month, shortly after the billing date.
- Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary based on your location. We aim to deliver within 7-10 business days after shipping.
- Shipping Address: It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is accurate and up-to-date.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation: To cancel your subscription, you must contact our customer service team at info@caseism.shop. Cancellations must be requested before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
- Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel, you will not receive a refund for any portion of the subscription fee paid for the current subscription period.
5. Changes to Subscription
- Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the subscription service at any time. If changes are made, we will notify you in advance.
- Price Changes: If there is a change in the subscription price, we will notify you at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
6. Product Availability
- Random Selection: Phone cases are selected at random each month. Specific designs, colours, or models cannot be guaranteed.
- Stock Availability: If a selected phone case is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar product of equal or greater value.
